Our aim is simple — to offer classes and workshops for you to ‘take the time to just be’.
The studio overlooks the tranquil Cardinia Creek and provides a space for you to be yourself, reduce stress, bring wellness, health and balance into your life through the ancient practice of yoga.

Our yoga classes
We teach a dynamic form of hatha and vinyasa yoga that emphasises movement through alignment and flow, along with a sense of inner-connection and mindfulness.
There are classes specifically for beginners, as well as general classes and challenging classes. We also offer yoga for relaxation.
