Welcome! Just Be Yoga and Meditation offers quality classes supporting students to explore and develop their own yoga or meditation practice. Classes do not follow a one size fits all approach or pre-developed course syllabus rather responding and working with students needs individually and collectively as a group. No two classes are the same.

Yoga Classes
Just Be yoga classes combine Hatha and Iyengar yoga styles creating a dynamic and physically challenging practice. Classes develop postural alignment, balanced muscular action along with steadiness of mind.
There is an emphasis on integrating the many aspects of ourselves - physical, mental & spiritual. Students who practice regularly can experience increased strength & flexibility, mental clarity & wellbeing.
Each term works with a theme such as standing poses or backbends. Although a variety of poses are practiced during a class having a theme helps students to understand the subtleties of each group of stretches.
Meditation
Just Be offers a variety of options to learn meditation. These include 4 and 6 week beginner meditation courses, casual classes and workshops. All classes offer an introduction to the basic techniques of meditation. They help to demystify what happens when we meditate by setting out the skills we can use to develop and ultimately deepen our own practice. Individuals are supported to find styles and techniques that work for them. The class entails a minimum of 3 guided meditations to assist students to practice different techniques.
