Partner Yoga is all about fun, sharing and connecting. Come along with someone you feel comfortable with, your significant other, a family member or close friend… whoever you like!!

Join us for this 2-hour workshop where we’ll explore a series of yoga postures done together in pairs allowing both partners to equally support and adjust each other into the postures.

Partner Yoga postures work mainly by adding resistance, your muscles can relax and stretch while your partner’s resistance helps your limbs stay in the posture.

This 2-hour workshop will also end with a partner massage, a nice skill you can take away with you. What are you waiting for, grab your buddy and come and give Partner Yoga a go!!

Empowering Empaths Workshop

Saturday 24th March, 1.00 – 2.30pm

This workshop is designed for sensitive people and empaths.

Do you sometimes feel overwhelmed by another person or group of people?

Do you sometimes feel dragged down or exhausted particularly when in other people’s company?

This workshop will discuss important issues for all empaths to become more aware of the self in order to maintain boundaries, self-integrity and self-acceptance of the whole self.

This workshop covers many aspects of self-empowerment and will impart you with simple but powerful tools to create a sense of safety when needed, to raise your vibration and clear negativity.

There will be time for group discussions and all questions will be welcomed warmly.

Aquilla Healing introduces Tomara Way, experienced clairvoyant energy healer and kinergetics practitioner. Kinergetics is a kinesiology modality which is profoundly successful in correcting most imbalances of mind body spirit.

Ayurvedic Cooking Workshop

Join us as we prepare a healthy meal and discuss how understanding a little about food can really change your life.

This is a hands-on workshop delivered in an intimate setting at Just Be Yoga & Meditation.

Together we will prepare a meal and enjoy it afterwards.

The Practice of Cooking is just as important as what we eat. With so many different ideas of what to eat and how to live we explore how these practices can impact on us individually. Begin to master the awareness of working with nature to create a meal that is both yummy and good for your body and mind.

Sarah is a qualified Chef, Yoga Teacher and Ayureda Practioner. After years struggling with her own health issues she found the path to true health started with understanding yourself first and learning to listen to your own body intelligence. Today, Sarah shares this with you.

Rope Wall Yoga Workshop

Learn the real ropes of Yoga!

Deepen your practice and knowledge of yoga with the ropes wall. Noticed the ropes wall at the studio but never been quite sure what they’re for? It can be hard to incorporate the ropes into a regular class so we’re holding a workshop for 10 lucky students (only 10 rope sets) to have a play, a hang and a stretch on the ropes and find out what they’re all about, and you might just learn something at the wall to take to the rest of your practice.
